This plan has our highest level of Primary medical expense coverage and, when purchased within 15 days of Initial Trip Payment, includes a pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver. Plus, coverage for Trip cancellation (even due to job loss), Trip delay, lost, delayed or damaged baggage, and more. But it’s not simply great coverage, you also receive access to 24/7 assistance services to help with any travel related needs before and during your travels. Deluxe coverage that is easy to buy, easy to use and easy to love.
This plan includes family coverage – one Child age 17 and under, who is booked to travel with and is related to the primary adult named on the enrollment form, is included in the rates for each paying adult. (Offer does not apply to optional coverages. The Child’s Trip Cost must be equal to or less than the adult traveler(s) Trip Cost).

Reimburses nonrefundable, Unused payments or deposits if you must cancel your Trip due to an illness, Injury, or death of you, a Family Member, Traveling Companion or business partner, or for other covered reasons. Maximum of $150,000.

Reimburses up to the Maximum Limit shown on the Schedule of Benefits for the difference between the Trip Cost on the original reservation and the Trip Cost on the new reservation in the event an Insured needs to change their Trip dates due to one of the Unforeseen events shown in Trip Cancellation. Maximum of $75,000.
Reimburses the additional Transportation expenses incurred by you to reach the return destination if your Trip is interrupted by one of the Unforeseen events shown in the Trip Interruption section.
Reimburses up to $2,500 for meals, hotels and additional transportation if the Insured must begin their Trip sooner than the originally scheduled Departure Date due to Inclement Weather or Common Carrier changes.
Reimburses up to $200 per day for Reasonable Additional Expenses until travel becomes possible if your Trip is delayed for more than 5 hours due to covered reasons.
Reimburses you if Inclement Weather or Common Carrier causes cancellation or a delay to your point of departure of regularly scheduled airline flights for three or more hours. Does not apply if you do not leave adequate time between connecting flights.
Reimburses you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while on your trip. Coverage is Primary.
Reimburses you for the purchase of necessary personal effects if your bags are delayed for more than 12 hours.
Travel Medical Expense pays for medical expenses incurred due to a Sickness or injury that happens while on a Trip. A $500 sub-limit applies for dental expenses.
Covers evacuation expenses as directed by a Physician to the nearest adequate medical facility, home in the event of death or if medically required, or to a hospital of your choice if you are medically able to travel there.
Pays for loss of life and limb if it occurs within 365 days of an accident during your Trip.
Coverage for accidental death or dismemberment that occurs when traveling on, boarding or alighting from a regularly scheduled flight or charter, subject to the Maximum shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
Coverage for security evacuation, Flight Guard® and Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption due to a riot or civil disorder.

Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver – must be purchased within 15 days of the Initial Trip Payment. With this waiver it’s possible to be covered for some medical issues on your Trip, despite your pre-existing condition. Reimburses up to the Maximum Limit shown on the Schedule of Benefits if you cancel your Trip for any reason, not otherwise covered under the Policy, up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Removes the exclusions for adventure and extreme activities from all benefits on the Policy.
Include one person to be deemed as a Family Member for the purpose of Family Member-related Unforeseen event coverage.
Daily benefit for boarding, and a medical expense coverage for illness or Injury of dog or cat while traveling. Includes coverage for Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption if your Pet is in critical condition or dies within seven days prior to the Departure Date.
Reimburses up to the Maximum Limit shown on the Schedule of Benefits for physical damage to a rental car for which the car rental contract would hold you responsible.

All Assistance Services listed below are not insurance benefits and are not provided by the Company. Travel Guard provides assistance through coordination, negotiation, and consultation using an extensive network of worldwide partners. Expenses incurred from third-party vendors for assistance services not part of a filed insurance plan are the responsibility of the traveler.

Assistance with any travel emergency or request for general travel information including lost, stolen or delayed Baggage; replacing lost passport or travel documents; emergency cash transfers; pre-Trip travel advice; inoculation information; and more.
24-hour hotline to make emergency travel changes such as rebooking flights, hotel reservations, tracking lost luggage and more.
Call on your own personal assistant to help. Services include tee time reservations, restaurant referrals and reservations, wireless device assistance, sporting or theater tickets, and more. If you need it, we'll find it for you.
If personal information is stolen, emergency travel counselors will assist in contacting credit card companies, monitoring credit reports and working with local authorities to help with Identity restoration. (Not available to NY residents)
Towing Assistance - When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location requested by the covered customer. Flat Tire Assistance - Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the covered vehicle's spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if needed. Lock-out Assistance - Assistance will be provided in gaining entry to a covered vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
