Satisfaction Guarantee
AIG Travel is committed to providing products and services that will exceed expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you can receive a refund of the plan cost from your lodging provider. Requests must be submitted to your lodging provider in writing within 15 days of the effective date of the coverage, provided it is not past the original check-in date. The Satisfaction Guarantee is not available to New York residents.

Important Note about Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
Please review the Policy of Insurance for complete details on the pre-existing medical exclusion and the pre-existing medical exclusion waiver. The pre-existing medical condition exclusion look back time frame on this plan is 60 days and can be waived if you purchase insurance within 21 days of paying your initial deposit.

Insurance may be purchased from your lodging provider up to 30 days prior to arrival or by final payment, whichever comes first.
