• The circus is coming to town in Australia

Baby boomers may remember their childhood experiences of going to the circus as a fun and favorite pastime. If they would like to relive this memory or bring their grandchildren on an unforgettable trip, they may want to consider Australia & New Zealand travel, as the land Down Under has many circus acts throughout the country to enjoy.

For those who like traditional shows, they can head to the town of Cranbourne, located just outside Melbourne in the southeast. Stardust is the largest animal circus around, featuring amazing acts with lions, horses and monkeys. Professional talent defy the odds and do acrobatics, lion taming and more for audiences of all ages.

Travelers who have a penchant for the weird and wonderful can venture to Adelaide this March and see the London-based La Soiree. This show focuses more on costumes, theatrical acts and even roller skating, making for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Even more skillful theater can be witnessed at the Circus Monoxide show. Not only can travelers see shows in the town of fairy Meadow outside of Wollongong, the troupe also offers classes such as tightrope-walking and trapeze.
