    You are covered with the International Flight Protection Plan. Underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, the Flight Protection Plan is designed to be hassle-free.

    The insurance provides you with a broad range of benefits including:

    Trip Cancellation
    Reimburses cancellation penalties or prepaid unused arrangements should you need to cancel because of a covered illness, injury, or death of You, a Traveling Companion, a Family member or Business Partner; jury duty; subpoena; or a documented traffic accident in which you are directly involved in or delayed due to on the way to the airport, or if Natural Disaster (including a hurricane) occurs, or if Inclement weather r causes the complete cessation of travel services to/from your origin or destination airport for more than 48 hours.

    Trip Interruption
    Reimburses the airfare paid, less the value of applied credit from an unused return travel ticket, to return to your city of residence (limited to the cost of one-way economy airfare by a scheduled carrier, from the point of destination to the point of origin shown on the original travel tickets), should you need to interrupt because of a covered illness, injury, or death of You, a Traveling Companion, a Family member or Business Partner; jury duty; subpoena; a documented traffic accident in which you are directly involved in or delayed due to on the way to the airport; if Natural Disaster (including a hurricane) occurs; or if Inclement weather causes the complete cessation of travel services to/from your origin or destination airport for more than 48 hours.

    Financial Default
    Reimburses you in accordance with the trip cancellation/interruption policies listed above if your trip is canceled or interrupted solely due to the Financial Default of the Travel Supplier. (Financial Default must occur at least seven (7) days after the Trip Cancellation coverage takes effect and does not apply to the Travel Arranger.)

    Reimburses you for covered expenses if Your Trip is delayed for 12 or more consecutive hours en route to or from your destination due to Inclement Weather; strike, or equipment failure of an Air Common Carrier; a traffic accident en route to a departure in which You or Your Traveling Companion is or is not directly involved; lost or stolen passports, travel documents, or money; quarantine or natural disaster.

    Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation of remains
    Arranges and pre-pays the cost of emergency evacuation should a serious illness or injury during your vacation require your medical evacuation.

    Medical Expenses
    Reimburses medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills as a result of an illness or injury during your vacation.
    Up to $5,000
       
    Lost/Stolen Baggage or Personal Effects
    Reimburses you for baggage or items lost, stolen, or damaged during your vacation.
    Up to $1000
       
    Baggage Delay
    If your Baggage is delayed more than 24 hours, you can be reimbursed for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects.

    ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
    (COMMON CARRIER AIR ONLY) Insurance in the event of accidental death or dismemberment while on board your flight.
