    Why choose the Travel Protection Plan?

    1. You miss your connecting flight to the Galapagos and it’s late in the evening. Who can assist you with finding an alternate flight to get you back on track?
    2. Your bag was lost with your medication inside. You need help finding your bag and filling your prescription. Who do you call?
    3. Your passport and wallet are stolen en route to Iceland. Where do you turn for an emergency cash wire transfer and get help with replacing your passport?
    4. A family member becomes seriously ill and you must cancel your trip. What happens to your non-refundable deposits or pre-payments?
    5. You arrive in New Guinea but your luggage doesn't. If it's delayed, who will cover the cost of your necessities? If your bag is lost or stolen, who will help you find it or reimburse you for the loss?

    PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION EXCLUSION WAIVER
    The Insurer will waive the pre-existing medical condition exclusion up to a maximum of the first $25,000 of Trip Cost per person if the following conditions are met:

    1. This plan is purchased within 21 days of making the Initial Trip Payment;
    2. The amount of coverage purchased equals all prepaid, nonrefundable payments or deposits applicable to the Trip at the time of purchase, and the cost of any subsequent arrangement(s) added to the same Trip are insured within 21 days of the date of payment or deposit for any subsequent Trip arrangement(s);
    3. All Insured’s are medically able to travel when plan cost is paid.

     

    The Travel Protection Plan, developed by Travel Guard, can provide coverage and assistance for these events and much more. To enroll in the plan, pay the plan cost at any time -- up until your final payment, and before departing on your trip.

Non insurance services are provided by Travel Guard.
