Ninjas protect the city of Sydney, Australia

When traveling abroad, it's important to feel secure in one's new surroundings. Fortunately for those travelers heading Down Under for their summer vacation, there may be no safer location than Sydney, Australia, which is now under the stealthy protection of ninja warriors.
A German Medical exchange student was accosted on a train by three individuals who demanded his wallet. The student refused and fled the scene when the train stopped. The muggers pursued the man, eventually cornering him in a narrow alley.
In their haste, the muggers must have missed what type of businesses were next to the alley, as the criminals were soon beset by a group of five skilled martial artists from the Ninja Senshi Ryu ninjitsu training academy next door. One of the students heard the commotion outside and informed his sensei of what was happening, at which point the class mobilized to assist the battered medical student.
"We started running at them, yelling and everything. These guys [had just] turned around and seen five ninjas in black ninja uniforms running towards them. They just bolted," Kaylan Soto, the school's sensei, told the press. "You should have seen their faces when they saw us in ninja gear coming towards them. I've never seen guys running that fast."
The medical student received only minor injuries, and two of the thieves were later apprehended by local authorities.
