Relax in Estonia at a spa

Once the kids have left the house, mom and dad might find themselves with a wealth of time on their hands. Many couples, known as "empty nesters" use this opportunity as a chance to travel. One spot that empty nesters might want to look at in terms of rest and relaxation is the northern European country of Estonia.
There's a ton to do in Estonia, but one of the things that will certainly appeal to couples is the vast number of spas in the country. Travelers looking for spas can find them in Tallinn, Parnu, Haapsalu and Kuressaare.
But one of the best spots is Varska. This town, known for its mineral water and natural mud, features some of the best spas in the country.
Another idea is to partake in adventure travel. Estonia has plenty of hiking trails, opportunities for water sports, biking and much more. Nothing beats a leisurely hike followed by resting up in the sauna or working out muscles with a massage.
Travelers should be sure to ask for an Estonian specialty - a hot chocolate massage. This therapy takes a traditional mud wrap and replaces it with warm chocolate.
