Many people who enjoy music often choose to use their hobby as an excuse to go on vacation in an effort to see their bands live. As the summer months are approaching, many travelers are gearing up to head to some of the biggest shows of the summer.

The London Free Press reports that there are a number of big-name festivals around the world that are expected to bring in travelers from various countries. For example, the Soundwave Music Festival in Petrcane, Croatia, is a three-day party from July 22 to 24 and typically brings in students from around the world.

The Roskilde Festival in Roskilde, Denmark, is sure to bring out a huge crowd, as it's been around since 1971, allowing the musical event to generate a lot of buzz over the years.

Finally, there is the Glastonbury Festival, which is the biggest outdoor festival in the world, according to Metrowize. The festival features the biggest acts in contemporary music but also offers performances such as comedic acts and circus routines.
