Family train travel in Europe

Families who find themselves in London may want to take some time away from the city to take the Eurostar Disney train to Paris. Disneyland Paris and the cultural and artistic attractions of the city offer something for children and grown-ups alike, according to MSNBC.
The train ride, which takes approximately 2.5 hours, is an attraction in itself, since a large chuck of the trip is inside the English Channel tunnel. The train goes directly to Disneyland Paris, and provides Disney-themed games and puzzles for children onboard, according to the news source. When the train arrives within walking distance of the park's gates, children are greeted by Disney characters that welcome families to the park.
The cost is $109 for a round-trip adult ticket and about $70 for children, the news provider reports. The short travel time and convenient arrival make it a feasible day-trip, but families with a bit more time can stay a few nights in Paris exploring the adult attractions of the city, including its famed museums, restaurants and historical monuments.
