  • Sweepstakes begins at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2009 (the "Promotion Period").
  • Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Employees of Travel Guard ("Sponsor"), MMG Worldwide, their respective affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate families and/or household members of such persons are not eligible to participate.
  • How to Enter: Internet Entry: log onto http://www.travelguard.com/dreamvacation during the Promotion Period and follow the online entry instructions. No automated entries permitted. Incomplete entries or entries that have been tampered with will be disqualified. All entries and entry information become the property of Sponsor. Multiple entries will be accepted. An entry is defined as a unique email address.
  • Prize: One trip valued at $2,000 will be awarded.
  • Drawing: Prize will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about March 31, 2009. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, and will be required to sign and return appropriate releases. An alternate winner will be selected if the person initially selected cannot be reached by Sponsor or if prize/notification is returned undeliverable. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  • General Conditions: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic, human or computer error, or for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. By participating, entrants agree to:
    • (a) abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the official judges and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects;
    • (b) where legal, to the use of their names, photographs, voices and/or likenesses, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment of compensation; and
    • (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, liability and damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of their participation and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
    Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes as necessary. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s option due to prize unavailability. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute trip features in the event of unavailability. Winner and travel guest are responsible for all taxes, tips, incidentals and other travel expenses not specified herein or that exceed the $2,000 allotment. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
