Travel Insurance - Brief Description of Insurance Coverage:
We provide travel insurance coverage and assistance through AIG Travel Guard, one of the world's largest providers of travel insurance and assistance.
*Please note, if traveling on a one-way ticket, all coverage expires when you arrive at your final destination airport.
*If protection plan is purchased with initial deposit, you automatically receive a pre-existing medical condition waiver.
International Air Ticket Program
- Tour Cost Trip Cancellation & 125% Tour Cost Trip Interruption - Reimburses for forfeited, nonrefundable, unused payments or deposits if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to a covered illness, injury, or death of you, an immediate family member, or traveling companion, financial default*, or for other covered reasons.
- $500 Travel Delay - Reimburses up to $150 per day if your trip is delayed for more than 12 hours for reasonable additional expenses until travel becomes possible.
- $500 Baggage & Personal Effects - Reimburses you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while you are on your trip.
- $100 Baggage Delay - Reimburses you for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.
- $25,000 Medical Expense - Covers necessary medical expenses up to one year after the sickness or injury, provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your trip.
- $75,000 Emergency Medical Transportation - Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility.
- $25,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment - Covers death and loss of limb or eyesight within 180 days of an accident.
- AIG Travel Assist - Offers emergency assistance anywhere in the world.
- LiveTravel® - 24-hour hotline to make emergency travel changes, such as rebooking flights, hotel reservations, tracking lost luggage and more!
- Live messaging - Relay of any e-mail or phone message to family, friends or business associates.
- Emergency Cash transfers - Assistance in coordinating an emergency cash advance.
- Pre-trip travel advisories - Around-the-clock access to passport, visa, inoculation and vaccine requirements; travel advisories; embassy and consulate contacts; travel health advisories; weather and currency information - all for your planned destination.
- Lost Baggage Tracking - Assists in locating lost or stolen possessions - for one year!
* Financial Default of an airline, cruise line, or tour operator resulting in the complete cessation of services.
Excluded is the organization from which the Insured purchased his or her trip or this coverage. This coverage applies only if: the financial default occurs more than 14 days after the Insured's coverage effective date.

This is a brief description of the insurance benefits and travel services provided. Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa., a Pennsylvania Insurance Company (NAIC #19445), with their principal place of business at 70 Pine Street, New York, NY 10270. Both are members of the AIG Companies® and are currently authorized to transact business in all states and the District of Columbia. The Policies will contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. All coverages may not be available in all states. Travel Services are provided by AIG Travel Guard.
