    We provide travel insurance coverage and assistance through Travel Guard, one of the world's largest providers of travel insurance and assistance.

    We understand that your trip can take a year to save for, but only a second to ruin. While you can't do anything to prevent an unexpected storm from closing the airport, you can do something to help cover your travel investment. The SnowTrax.com Vacations Plan may be purchased to do just that for you.


    • Up to Original Vacation Cost for Trip Cancellation & Up to 125% for Trip Interruption
      Reimburses for nonrefundable, unused payments or deposits if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to a covered illness, injury, or death of you, a family member, traveling companion or business partner or for other covered reasons.
    • $500 Trip Delay ($150 Maximum per day)
      Reimburses if your trip is delayed for 6 hours or more for reasonable additional expenses until travel becomes possible.
    • $500 Missed Connection
      Pays additional transportation expenses incurred by the Insured to join the departed Trip and/or pre-paid, non-refundable trip payments for the unused portion of the Trip.
    • $1,000 Baggage & Personal Effects Loss
      Can reimburse you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while on your trip.
    • $500 Baggage Delay
      Can reimburse you for the purchase of necessary personal effects if your bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.
    • $20,000 Medical Expense
      Pays for medical expenses incurred while on a trip.
    • $50,000 Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains
      Covers evacuation and transportation as directed by a physician to the nearest adequate medical facility.
    • $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment
      Covers death and loss of limb or eyesight within 180 days of an accident while flying.
