World Service Center
Millions of travelers were left stranded in Europe after volcanic ash from the Icelandic volcano covered the skies in early April. With no hesitation, Travel Guard’s World Service Center (WSC) was proactive in helping those in need with flight re-booking, cancelling flights and finding hotel accommodations. Hurricane Coverage
In April, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) stated that current weather patterns combined with El Nino will make for a busier than usual hurricane season compared to past years. The 2010 forecast calls for 15 tropical storms (average is 10), 8 hurricanes (average is 6), and 4 major, Category 3 or greater, storms (average is 2). Learn more.
