The airline who almost stole Christmas

After making the long flight from Los Angeles to the southern coast of France for the holidays, Brian B. was heartbroken upon discovering that not all of his suitcases made it to the baggage carousel upon arrival. Now, just two days before Christmas, Brian faced spending the holidays without his most important bag—the one containing his carefully purchased and wrapped gifts, for his friends and family in Nice.

Brian quickly called Travel Guard where assistance coordinators immediately took the search over by activating BagTrak, Travel Guard’s baggage tracking and locating service in order to track down the errant piece of luggage. The Travel Guard assistance team—always on duty, even on holidays—made several overseas calls to Brian’s airline on Christmas Eve, following up well into Christmas Day. The team’s persistence paid off—receiving confirmation from the airport the day after Christmas that the luggage had been located and delivered to Brian in France. Before closing the case, Travel Guard then followed up with a very relieved Brian, who happily confirmed the delivery of his luggage (and the gifts).
