Two years ago my husband and I were traveling in India. The day of our planned departure, the airline emailed that the flight to Washington DC was cancelled. The airline said they could only rebook us on a flight A WEEK LATER! We had to get back home much sooner than that, so I called Travel Guard from a pay phone.
