    Brief Description of Insurance Coverage:

    We provide travel insurance coverage and assistance through Travel Guard one of the world's largest providers of travel insurance and assistance.

    Plan included with every trip:

    • $5,000 Medical Expense - Covers necessary medical expenses up to one year after the sickness or injury, provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your tour.
    • $50,000 Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains – Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility.
    • Annual Travel Medical Assistance- Offers emergency assistance for you anywhere in the world.
    • Annual LiveTravel® - 24-hour hotline to make emergency travel changes, such as rebooking flights, hotel reservations, tracking lost luggage and more!
    • Annual Live messaging - Relay of any e-mail or phone message to family, friends or business associates.
    • Annual Emergency Cash transfers - Assistance in coordinating an emergency cash advance.
    • Annual Pre-trip travel advisories - Around-the-clock access to passport, visa, inoculation and vaccine requirements; travel advisories; embassy and consulate contacts; travel health advisories; weather and currency information – all for your planned destination.
    • Annual Lost Baggage Tracking - Assists in locating lost or stolen possessions.

    Optional plan available for purchase:

    • Tour Cost Trip Cancellation & Interruption - Reimburses for forfeited, nonrefundable, unused payments or deposits if you must cancel or interrupt your tour due to a covered unforeseen reason.
    • $1,000 Trip Delay - Reimburses up to $100 per day if your tour is delayed for more than 12 hours for reasonable additional expenses until travel becomes possible.
    • $2,500 Baggage & Personal Effects Loss - Reimburses you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while you are on your tour.
    • $500 Baggage Delay - Reimburses up to $100 per day for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.
    • $25,000 Medical Expense - Covers necessary medical expenses up to one year after the sickness or injury, provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your tour.
    • $50,000 Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains – Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility.
    • $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment – Covers death and loss of limb or eyesight within 180 days.

    Pre-existing conditions are accepted as long as the plan is purchased prior to or with final payment and you are medically able to travel at the time you pay your plan cost. The cost of any subsequent arrangements added to your Covered Trip must be insured within 14 days of the payment for those arrangements.
