    Brief Description of Coverage


    Travel Coverage

    Trip Cancellation: 100% Trip Cost

    Reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs when cancellation is due to a covered reason.

    Trip Interruption: 125% Trip Cost

    Reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs when interruption is due to a covered reason.
    Reimburses for additional transportation costs to join trip or return home.

    Trip Interruption-Return Air Only: $1000 per person

    Reimburses for additional transportation costs to join trip or return home due to a covered reason.

    Trip Delay: $750 per person (maximum of $150 per day)

    Reimburses for reasonable accomodations for trips delayed more than 5 hours due to a covered reason.

    Missed Connection: $500 per person

    Reimburses for additional transportation costs to join trip due to inclement weather or common carrier delay when delayed by 3 or more hours.

    Baggage Coverage

    Baggage & Personal Effects Loss: $1,000 per person

    Reimburses you when your luggage is lost, stolen or damaged while on your trip.

    Baggage Delay: $200 per person

    Reimburses for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed more than 12 hours.

    Medical Coverage

    Medical Expense: $25,000 per person

    Covers necessary medical treatment during trip.

    Emergency Evacuation & Repatration of Remains: $200,000 per person

    Covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility when deemed medically necessary. Also includes repatriation.

    Extra Benefits

    When purchased within 21 days of initial payment

    • Coverage if pre-existing medical conditions force you to cancel or interrupt a trip. Applies to the first $50,000 of trip cost per person. (Limitations apply.)
    • Coverage against cruise line, airline or tour operator default. (Financial Default is not covered for all suppliers.)
