To help cultivate our principle-based approach to doing business, every Travel Guard employee partakes in "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" training. Within the first 60 days of employment, employees are introduced to the basic concepts in a one-day course. After one year, employees experience a more thorough, 4-day session at “True North,” a training facility located near our headquarters in a tranquil, woodland setting.
